NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We ship our clothing anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of $6.50 . All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure you get your package delivers fast.  Please allow up to 2 - 3 working days for delivery. If you live in a rural area it my take extra day or two for delivery. Once your parcel has dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your reference.

 

We have FREE SHIPPING within New Zealand for all orders over $100..

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders normally arrive 2-3 weeks after a pre-order has been launched. If you have 1 - 2 items of in stock items and a pre-order item, we will often hold the entire order until all is in stock. If you would like your in stock items sent separately please send us an email and we will ship the in stock item to you.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

We ship our clothing anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $15 via DHL express. please allow 3-5 working days for your package to reach you. Once your parcel has dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL with the target delivery date.

All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. Please check with your local authorities if you are unsure what these charges will be.

We have FREE SHIPPING to addresses within Australia for all orders over $180! This free shipping offer is NOT valid during sale promotional periods.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $40 via DHL. Delivery times will vary between each country, but you should allow for 7 - 10 working days for your package to reach you. Once your parcel has dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL with the target delivery date.

 

All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. Please check with your local authorities if you are unsure what these charges will be.

Important - Delivery Time-frame 

Please note that We cannot guarantee delivery time frames. However, you should receive your delivery within above mentioned time-frames. We try our best to send out your packages as soon as you place the order. All orders received before 6 AM local NZ time on a business day will be shipped out the same day, otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. Please make sure to fill out your correct postal details at checkout to prevent any delays. 

If you have not received your packages within our estimated time-frames, please contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into that immediately. We will work with courier post to track your item.

Please note that we have very little control over it once the packages have been sent . Tiny Hands - Children's clothing are not responsible for any delays, missing parcels caused by the carrier or due to the errors on the customers’ part such as providing incorrect name/address in the checkout.
