Return and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return and either refund or exchange any full priced item within 14 days of your order being received.

FULL PRICED ITEMS
You may return any full price item/s within 14 days of receipt of your parcel for either an exchange or a refund. The refund will be to the value of your item/s and will exclude the cost of postage.

RETURN OF SOCKS + UNDERWEAR
You may return any pack of socks or underwear under the following conditions. You must have purchased them at full price and they MUST be unopened in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot under any circumstances accept a return (unless faulty) of socks or underwear that have been opened out of their packaging.

SALE ITEMS
There will be NO returns or exchanges on all SALE items. This includes all products sold using a discount code as well as everything within our sale collection. (Excludes first purchase discount).

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

if you have changed your mind or if the item you ordered is the wrong size we will happily refund you if you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. You will be responsible for the return postage costs of sending back the products. We do not offer exchanges for any reason on international orders. If you have received a size or style that you did not order, we will refund you for the cost of that item.

All returns will be assessed within 5 working days once they have been received. If they meet our conditions of return you  will be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.

 

FAULTY GARMENTS
Any garment received that is deemed faulty will be replaced with the same item if stock is available. If a replacement item is not available we will issue you a credit note to the value of the purchase price. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving your package, if you believe your item/s are faulty.

Outside of this 14 day period any garments deemed faulty will be exchanged or credited at our discretion. We are strictly not liable for garments that have been purchased and then stored without wear for long periods of time. 
 

CONDITION OF RETURN
All product(s) must be returned: unworn, unwashed and free of marks with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging.
